Sourced from the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, this medium roast is silky, sweet, and wonderfully complex. Salted caramel, a silky sweetness, and a bright citrus lift make this one of the most elegant single origins in our lineup. Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in clay mineral soils, fully washed and sun-dried.
