Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Caffeine Joe's Mountain Brew. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right. Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products or used merchandise unless there is a quality issue. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within several business days after review. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for claims submitted outside the eligible timeframe.
