Grown by small agricultural cooperatives in the Chimbu Province at 1,350 meters above sea level, this Papua New Guinea medium roast is one of the most distinctive cups in our lineup. Volcanic loam soil and traditional sun-drying give it a naturally sweet, fruit-kissed character that's unlike anything from South America or Africa.

Brewing Suggestions

Excellent as a drip or French press. The honey and caramel sweetness makes it a natural for flat whites and lattes. Try it without sugar — it doesn't need it.
