Sourced from the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative in the Aceh highlands of Takengon, this Sumatran coffee is processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method — a technique unique to Indonesia that produces the signature syrupy body and earthy depth that Sumatra is famous for worldwide.
